About Cyndy Gusler

Cyndy Gusler was born and raised a Michigan Gal but has been a Southern Belle since 1999.  A former middle school and drama teacher, Cyndy renewed her passion for writing and has been teaching Ladies Bible Studies for over 20 years in Cypress, Texas, as well as serving as a local Ministry Director. Cyndy is fully committed to mentoring and encouraging women to become Sisters in Christ. Out of seasons of child abuse, abandonment, and struggling to find her value in a forever changing world, she walks today as a confident Daughter of the King.  Establishing a family and home life founded in faith is one of her ultimate goals for every woman she meets!
Her hobbies include cooking, reading, theatre, board games, and laughing hysterically!  As Mama GusBus, she has been married to Jay since 1995 and is a busy mom to Taylor, Nicholas, and Benjamin.
Cyndy proclaims to be “an everyday woman being used in an extraordinary way.” Her deepest desire is for all women to seek Him, know Him, and call Him “Father.”

    This time of fellowship is based on various great Women of the Bible. Strap on your sandals and enter the tents of women once deemed unworthy and forgotten, but now are famous for saving lives and change the the world. Cyndy brings to life their story, culture, family, and faith. Each lesson includes a recipe, talking points, coordinating napkins, and pointed discussion while cooking together.

    Ps 139:14 says we "are fearfully and wonderfully made" and yet we rarely feel that way. As we study these chosen great Women, we will see the beauty and strength God gave them...and all of us. Topics such as "Self-worth: Dress Size Checking Available in Aisle Three" and I'm not a real Christian, I Jus Play One on TV". Designed as a 6 week study.

  • Choosing to Be Used for His Glory!

    Never think that your life is not important to God!! Everything you do and say now establishes the foundation for His act of glory tomorrow! God has prepared you for today...and everything in your past are resources for you to use when helping others in their circumstances today...and today is preparing you for your future! Topics include "Fearful or Fearless" (Ester), "Lifestyles of Lemonade, Love, and Loyalty" (Ruth and Naomi). Designed as a 9 week study.

  • From Prostitutes to Prayer Warriors

    From prostitutes to prayer warriors, from housewives to regal queens, this in-depth study will investigate the stormy marriages, passionate desires, and tender friendships of various Great Women of the Bible. We will discover how powerful their lives call out to us today, noting how a single decision in your life can change the next generation of the world. Designed as a 12 week study.
