INVEST: choose to take time for you, listen to experts, hear success stories as well as mistakes, be encouraged while gaining wisdom and practicing accountability
In this group, we seek to educate and encourage regarding the vast aspects of nutrition and exercise. Practical tips and simple information are shared so that you can be successful in your journey. Often, just having someone to hold your hand and walk with you is all that is needed.
